Hey everyone, I was wondering what everyone does for exercise and how it is working for you? I have been using a kettle bell a few times aweek (building slowly) and walk as much as possible. Once over the initial shock of moving my body again, I'm enjoying it a lot more.
Personally I do a lot of walking which I love but I do have to start to do some resistance training as well as I eat LCHF.
I have treadmill, weight bench.. I have found that my stretch exercises do more for me. VA has weight loss management with instructor at our local clinic, which I did for 4 weeks. He gave me diagrams for stretch to do daily.. I do walk with wife and our pup [Jiggs] around our neighborhood on days when my feet and back are good enough for long trek.
I like to do a lot of physical activities at home and in the gym. But my favorite ones are leg extension and some of back and chest exercises!
