Im finding it very hard to lose weight no matter how hard I try plus being menopausal is not helping at all I need help with weight and these darn hot flashes
Hi honey, i know it can be really hard to lose weight when you control your diabetes well!! Have you tried loweing your carbohydrate intake?
I have to loose weight not just because of my diabetes but for other health reasons and I am finding it difficult so I have started the low carb and high fat as most of the forum agrees this is the best way to go. But having steak with no chips and just salad doesn't seem right .I also find the vegetables hard to eat with no potatoes .But will give it a go and see if it works.
It is a great way to eat once you get the hang of it. Have you tried pureeing some cauliflour with cream, butter and garlic powder. It is delicious
