I am an insulin dependent type 2 male 58 years old. I use a pump and a CGM with good success. My last A1c in June of this year was 6.1. In the past few weeks however, my numbers have risen dramatically. Regardless of how much insulin I bolus with and between meals, my numbers remain frightfully high. (waking am #'s are in the 180 to 190 range, post meal readings go as high as 300+). I don't believe any of my habits have changed, there don't appear to be any physical changes. I am totally perplexed as to what is going on. I've changed vials of insulin, made sure everything I can think of is the same. Other than contact my endocrinologist ( I have an appt in 2 weeks), any one have any ideas what might have happened? I'm concerned and confused...

    Thanks for any feedback
