    I am really lazy and I just love Caramel. I don't really like going to the gym because of my size so would really appreciate some help. Please. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP!

    hi biffacirc72 have you tried doing some basic exercises like walking up and down the stairs? even a little bit can help!! :)

    I do Leslie Samone walk at home dvd. Depending on the one you choose, its easy and doesnt take long.

    Hey biff,
    Just do some reg. jumping jacks at home, maybe 20, 5 push ups, and than just do a really fast walk while staying in place. Does this for 5 mins 3 times a week, easy and simple. Hope this helps?

    try some online videos! youtube has some really good exercise videos lasting from anywhere from 5 minutes to well over an hour so you can do what suits you best and it can be done at home.

    If you are unable to walk do arm and leg exercises sitting in your chair 3 times a day starting with May be five increasing each time it does work .
