hi everyone! new to the forum and wanted to ask something really basic... how do i avoid having a hypo?
maybe talk to your endo about changing your basal dose, when i was having too many hypos it turned out that was the problem
counting carbs seems to work well for me, im less all over the place and my bg stays at a stable level most of the time.
I have been counting carbs but I still have a hypo when I least expect it.But so far I have recognized the symptoms early enough and been able to treat it myself.
For me it's; recognize the symptoms and test early and often. Soon you will begin to know when they're coming on because you've been paying attention to your body. At least that's what worked for me.
