My name is Kim, I'm from Wisconsin. I was diagnosed as a type two 10 years ago. A few years ago I went into the hospital because I wasn't feeling well at all. Turns out my sugar was almost 700 and they proceeded to tell me I was wrongly diagnosed. I take multiple shots a day and I'm hoping to get my pump soon.
On a personal note: I am a college student, my major is Human Development and Family Studies. I want to be a social worker once I graduate and take kids out of bad homes. I have a really amazing boyfriend (soon to be fiancé I do believe) and two adorable kittens. My boyfriend is so supportive of my diabetes and I love it. He will help me get my supplies ready and he's just a big help.

Thanks for letting me share :)

Hi Kimer94! If you were diagnosed incorrectly, does that mean you were Type 1 all your life?
