Type 1 Help!!

    Anyone have any tips or recipes of low carb meals? Im 26yrs old and ive had diabetes for almost 2 yrs..Im still struggling so much with food and complications that have arised recently. Any advice would help. Thank you!

    Keep it simple, go for a week and eat the same thing/same portion for each meal. Same thing goes for your snacks. Once you have that dialed in, you can introduce different foods, and see how your body reacts. Also, keep in mind that each day is different, so some days you can do everything perfect, and your sugars can act strange and throw you off. That is not your fault, the main thing to remember is keep trying and keep learning. Feel free to message and i'll be happy to try to help, I was in a similar situation where I was 21 when I became T1, and i'm 16 years in.
